Cheryl Bailey, a First Nations Muruwari & Kooma woman from NSW, leads Indigenous Technology, a 100% Indigenous-owned IT company.

Recognised as a finalist for the Indigenous Digital Leader of the Year in 2021 and 2023, Cheryl launched the Mirrnj STEM Program 2021, empowering 650 First Nations girls and women in tech across NSW.

She also led the ‘On Country Indigenous Landscapes and Landmarks’ digital wallpaper project, reaching over 30,000 devices. Prior to this, she worked on operational projects at Qantas, winning the Wisdom of Experience Annual Award in 2014.
